Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will play a key role in supporting our providers and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients with professionalism and warmth Take and record vitals, medical histories, and other relevant data Assist with procedures and exams Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and administer injections Manage patient messages and follow-ups in the EMR system Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations Support front desk and scheduling as needed

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic medical records (experience with Athena Health is a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not a necessity.
