Position Summary:

? Obtain all charts from Medical Records and ensure all informationfor the patient’s visit is available at least 2 days prior to thepatient’s date of service. ? Daily Vital Patient Checks (Height. Weight, Blood Draws) ? Ensure that treatment rooms are adequately stocked for theclinic, including medical supplies and prescriptions. ? If a patient no shows to an appt, call the patient to rescheduletheir appointment, if you are unable to reschedule the appointmentinform their attorney by phone and fax of their cancellation. ? Check calendar for conferences and depositions ? Clean all exam rooms. Ensures everything is stocked for the nextday’s clinic. ? Checks medications for expiration date, stocks rooms, and changessharps boxes when needed. ? Returns all patient calls within 24-48 hours of the time the callwas left to assist patients with questions, medication refills,etc. ? Check email daily to ensure there is no communication from ?
