This is a Full-Time Days opportunity Monday through Friday. Some travel to other locations is required when needed. The experienced candidate will perform back office Medical Assistant duties, such as rooming patients and administering EKGs. Experience preferred but new Medical Assistants are welcomed to apply. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for: Provides nursing assistance to physician Obtains vital signs Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit Maintains medical documentation Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician Processes prescription requests and referrals This Medical Assistant position will be located at Baptist Heart Specialists Mandarin Landing.
