? Obtain all charts from Medical Records and ensure allinformation for the patient’s visit is available at least 2 daysprior to the patient’s date of service. ? Daily Vital Patient Checks (Height. Weight, Blood Draws) Fast paced environment Providers are very demanding (time is important to them) Daily Vitals’ (will be seeing 35 to 40 patients a day) Excellent customer service (on phone 75% of the time) Very savvy computer skills (exp. With EMR) on computer 80% of thetime Team Player No attitudes/No visual tattoos or noise rings!! 3 to 5 years MA exp. Being on time is VERY important in this environment Dr will cover 100% medical ins. (vision and dental are not covered)/ 2 weeks vacation ? Ensure that treatment rooms are adequately stocked for theclinic, including medical supplies and prescriptions. ? If a patient no shows to an appt, call the patient to rescheduletheir appointment, if you are unable to reschedule the appointmentinform their attorney by phone and fax of their cancellation. ? Check calendar for conferences and depositions ? Clean all exam rooms. Ensures everything is stocked for the nextday’s clinic. ? Checks medications for expiration date, stocks rooms, and changessharps boxes when needed. ? Returns all patient calls within 24-48 hours of the time the callwas left to assist patients with questions, medication refills,etc. ? Check email daily to ensure there is no communication from ?
