Urology Care Team/Phone Room Nurse The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Care Team/Phone Room Nurse for the Urology Care division to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Phone Triage
- Prescription Refills
- Surgery Scheduling
- Collaborating with physicians regarding patients’ plan of care
- Proficient with
EMR Qualifications:
- LPN certificate , Certified Medical Assistant or Strong administrative experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Excellent phone communication
- Ability to work independently
- Surgery scheduling preferred
- Prior urology experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- For this position, you will be paid starting at $16/hour for administrative experience; $19.50/hour for MA experience, $22/hour for LPN experience (Depending on experience)
- A schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Potential to showcase what you can do and potentially earn a permanent position after 600 hours.
