We are growing intentionally and seeking an experienced Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our clinical floor team. This is a high-performance role supporting our NP and PA in delivering laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments with precision, professionalism, and warmth. Your Role As an Aesthetic Medical Assistant, you’ll help drive smooth clinical flow, support advanced treatments, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. This role requires a confident, proactive, and polished team player who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven setting. What You’ll Do Assist NP or PA during injectable, laser, or skin-based treatments Prepare patients: photos, consents, post-care, education Maintain treatment rooms, stock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness Support providers with documentation, prepping, and follow-up care Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and clinic perks Communicate clearly and calmly in high-paced situations Be an integral part of helping patients look and feel their best You’re a
