Medical Assistant Doctor Office Tampa, FL 33607 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting medical staff in various clinical and administrative tasks. Duties Assist Physician with patient examinations. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories. Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office or clinic, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Requirements High school diploma and/or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred. Some Medical terminology. Experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
