Administrative Duties:

Scheduling patient appointments. Answering phones and greeting patients. Managing medical records and updating them. Handling billing and insurance paperwork. Maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies. Providing patient education and instructions. Assisting patients with mobility or other needs.

Skills and Qualities:

Communication:

Customer Service:
