Job Description:

As a Medical Assistant at Balance Aesthetic and Wellness, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our injectors and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Injector:

Support during aesthetic procedures, including preparing clients, ensuring sterile techniques, and assisting with Botox, fillers, weight loss, and other treatments.

Front Desk & Client Interaction:

Greet clients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Lead Generation:

Engage with potential clients through follow-ups, consultations, and promoting spa services to drive business growth.

Social Media Support:

Assist with creating and scheduling social media content to showcase our services, promotions, and client results.

Inventory Management:

Track and manage inventory for medical supplies, skincare products, and treatment materials to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.

Room Turnover:

Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms between appointments to maintain a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required. Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and content creation is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for inventory and room management. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
