Job Description
Medical Office Clinic Assistant Central Florida Eye Center, PA 2303 South Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726 We are seeking a career oriented and friendly Chairside Assistant to join our private optometry practice. If you are a people person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preliminary screening tests (e.g., visual acuity, autorefraction, tonometry). Assist doctors with procedures. Perform specialized medical testing (e.g. OCT, visual fields). Provide patient education and instructions on products, contact lenses, procedures, and medications. Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office and ensure a positive patient experience. Collaborate with a team of coworkers to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
A fast learner with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and people skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Willing to learn about new technologies. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of coworkers at a fast pace.
