Medical Assistant – Full Time (Physician-Owned Practice)
Location:
Must be ok traveling between 3 locations (Cape Coral, Fort Myers and South Fort Myers)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; schedule patient appointments Check-in patients and collect/update required patient information and consents Assist with check-out, referrals, and coordination of lab services Handle billing and insurance processing as needed Prepare patients for exams, take vitals, and document health history Administer injections, medications, and assist with EKGs and specimen collection Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments Support physician during procedures, treatments, and exams Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous medical assisting experience (certification preferred but not required) Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional and compassionate demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
