The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient care in a private clinical office. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs, and patient service, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures in outpatient setting. Accurately measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Perform routine in-office laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic procedures as needed. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to ensure seamless patient care within the clinic. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the medical workspace to promote a safe environment for patients. Qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with emergency medicine protocols is advantageous. Previous experience in Pediatric settings is a plus. Strong skills in taking vital signs accurately and efficiently.
