Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients Conduct patient triage Document in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Must be comfortable working in the field as well as SurgicalCenters Prepare patients for procedures Assist physicians with examinations and procedures Assist with patient scheduling as needed Conduct care plan/treatment plan tracking Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory All other duties as assigned by supervisor or direct management

Qualifications:

Basic Life Support Certification required Active Certified Medical Assistant License Excellent assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in ateam setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work independently and effectively Proficiency in computer skills PACS and EMR experience preferred Committed to professional growth and learning Clean driving record Travel required Not listed on the OIG exclusion list
