Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining medical histories and documenting relevant information. Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health systems efficiently. Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the clinic environment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program. Experience in urgent care or hospital settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations. Proficient in taking vital signs and performing basic clinical procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing environments.
