Medical Assistant Ocala Family Medical Center 2230 SW 19th Avenue Road, Ocala, FL 34471
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient intake, including gathering and recording patient information
- Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Ability to accurately record and maintain patient information
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
