Veterans Preference Position Summary:

Heart of Florida Health Center is growing, and we need to add to our staff to support our growth. Medical Assistants support the doctors and nurse practitioners to provide primary care to adults and children.

Duties:

Pre-Visit Planning
Maintain equipment and supplies
Take vitals, medical history and documentation
Process referrals

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Florida Certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA preferred
One Year Medical Office, Clinic or Hospital experience preferred
3 years work experience preferred
Employer conducts background, reference check and drug screen
Skills /

Abilities:

Organized
Ability to Multi-task
Verbal and written communication skills
Due to the nature of the job, Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
