Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Document patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort. Manage medical administrative support tasks including scheduling appointments, handling medical records, and processing insurance information. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Process prior authorizations for procedures and medications Contact patients with biopsy results Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff. Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, particularly in Dermatology or outpatient care. Bachelors degree is Preferred! proficient in medical terminology and can communicate clearly with both patients and your team. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred Previous experience in Dermatology or medical practice is a plus, but your positive attitude and dedication to learning are what really matter.
