We are currently seeking a professional, patient, and empathetic Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist Physicians and the clinical staff in the delivery of healthcare by performing a variety of medical and office related tasks in the Back and Front Office. •Travel required between our South Miami and Homestead office•Core Job Duties (but not limited to): Prepare patients for office visits/procedures Note brief history and the reason for the visit in the patient’s chart Perform and record accurate vital signs data Assist providers with examinations and procedures as instructed Assist providers with injections as ordered Ensure patient information is correct Triage patient phone calls
