The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and excited to support a wide range of aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
Prepare rooms and patients for aesthetic procedures. Take vital signs, review medical history, and document in EMR. Assist providers with in-office treatments, including injectables, laser services, and minor procedures. Administer topical numbing agents and post-procedure skincare as directed. Maintain infection control and proper sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment rooms. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
Client Experience:
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care. Support seamless patient flow and maintain a positive, spa-like experience. Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointments, concerns, and follow-ups.
Administrative Support:
Confirm appointments, check clients in/out, and collect payments as needed. Accurately document procedures, consent forms, and treatment details in EMR. Coordinate with the front desk to ensure efficient scheduling and rooming. Assist with inventory management and supply ordering. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred. 1+ year experience in a medical or aesthetic practice preferred. Proficient with EMR systems; experience with Aesthetic Record or similar a plus. CPR/BLS certified or willingness to obtain upon hire. Excellent interpersonal skills and polished, professional demeanor. Comfortable working with cosmetic procedures and maintaining client confidentiality.
