• Must be able to perform general medical assistant tasks and also perform specialized duties. The ideal candidate must be charismatic and possess strong communication skills. Attention to detail is also important. Our goal is to find an individual who is capable of:
• Ensuring that patients complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner and that insurance eligibility is verified for each patient prior to testing.
• Tracking patient compliance. Must be able to schedule patients if necessary and educate patients on the risks and benefits of our allergy test.
• Integrating themselves within the office and our existing staff.
• Being Capable and mindful when it comes to unforeseen problems relating to patients and being able to cater to their specific needs.
• Familiarity with computers and printers as well as staying on task when it comes to personal work scheduling and overall productivity.

We will provide all of the necessary training for our procedure. Our only education requirement is that you must be a Medical Assistant (MA).
