Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our premier plastic surgery clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a plastic surgery , with a strong understanding of both clinical procedures and luxury patient care. You will play a key role in supporting consultations, procedures, and post-operative care, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:

Prepare and maintain exam and procedure rooms for in-office surgeries and treatments Take and document vitals, detailed medical histories, and high-quality pre-/post-op photos Assist surgeon during consultations and minor in-office procedures (e.g., injectables, skin treatments, wound care) Perform suture removal, dressing changes, and post-operative assessments under physician supervision Educate patients on pre- and post-operative instructions with empathy and clarity Maintain accurate documentation and records in EHR systems Monitor inventory of clinical and surgical supplies; ensure compliance with

OSHA/HIPAA

standards

Administrative Duties:

Schedule and confirm consultations, procedures, and follow-ups Greet and check in patients, maintaining a polished, welcoming, and discreet environment Answer patient inquiries related to procedures, recovery, and product recommendations Assist with payments, patient financing forms, and insurance verification (if applicable) Support marketing efforts with patient photo management and consent documentation (before & after galleries, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine clinic (REQUIRED) Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred Familiarity with cosmetic treatments Proficiency in electronic medical records (EHR/EMR) systems Excellent communication skills and polished, professional appearance Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
