Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic Front Desk & Medical Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, excellent client communication, and a welcoming clinic environment. This is a multi-faceted position that includes front desk duties, patient communication, light clinical support, social media assistance, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Patient Communication & Front Desk:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Greet patients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed Maintain a calm, warm, and polished front-desk presence
Clinical Assistance:
Assist provider during treatments as needed Prep treatment rooms and restock supplies Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Inventory Management:
Track and manage retail products and medical inventory Notify provider of low-stock or reordering needs Assist with organizing retail and back-bar products
Social Media Support:
Capture behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) for social media and other platforms Assist with posting content, responding to comments/messages Help plan creative ideas for brand engagement
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and take initiative Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a medical spa (preferred but not required) Familiarity with Instagram, Canva, and basic content creation tools (a plus)
