West Colonial Drive, Ocoee, FL 34761 You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Travel to satelite office in Apopka one day per week Checking in patients ,obtaining medical history , documenting home medications , vital signs. Answering phones Administering injections EMR documentation Spirometry Scheduling procedures Assisting with chart preparations Prior authorizations Calling in / E prescribing prescriptions( As directed) Other duties as needed to ensure office flow. Organize and schedule appointments. Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant . EMR knowledge- E-clinical works is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to have good written and verbal communication skills Degree in medical assistance Spanish speaking prefered •Only serious candidates please•This is a great place to work .
