Medical Assistant Salary:

$25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and demands

Location:

Boca Raton, FL We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical settings such as Med spas, urology, endocrinology, gynecology, or general/family practice, and will play a vital role in supporting both our providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with accuracy and care Administer injections, including testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12, and other vitamins Record patient vitals and document information accurately in the EMR Enter lab results and maintain patient charts with attention to detail Support medical providers during patient exams and procedures Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Lead and coordinate lab operations, assist in lab inspections, and conduct routine lab tests Maintain records in the EMR and Controlled Drug Systems, following HIPAA and clinic protocols Schedule patient appointments and follow up as needed Perform MSK (Musculoskeletal) and Gainswave treatments using shockwave therapy equipment

Qualifications:

Experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred No current or pending malpractice cases Strong organizational and communication skills Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
