PM Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about health education and patient outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with clinical and administrative duties, including patient intake and documentation Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Support occupational health services and provide care in line with treatment protocols Communicate clearly with patients and staff, ensuring a positive care experience Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience (in addition to externship) Medical Assistant Certification (strongly preferred) Occupational Health experience (strongly preferred) Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and EMR systems required BLS/CPR certification Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills A passion for health education and making a positive impact on the community
