You will be the “face” of our practice whether interfacing with our patients in person or on the telephone. You must be able to incorporate our mission statement with every patient encounter: with you, for your child, for years to come… Experience and education in healthcare, as a pediatric medical assistant, with clinical experience such as administering vaccines or medications, phlebotomy, use of electronic medical records is desirable. Cross-training in Call Center is required. This candidate should exhibit flexibility and be able to utilize their clinical and clerical skill set. Job duties include administering vaccines and medication, completing intake, interacting and providing exceptional customer service with patients and parents, scheduling patient visits, handling parent questions and concerns and bringing new and positive ideas to the workplace. Currently, we are seeking full-time and part-time medical assistants with flexible hours to primarily work in our Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter locations. Our offices our open from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Mon-Fri with limited weekend schedules. Education beyond high school is beneficial.
