PTO and Holiday Pay Medical Assistant Shift:
Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm (Wednesday is 8am-3pm) Medical Assistant responsibilities: Prepare patients for examinations and assist in the assessment of patient needs Obtain and record vital signs, blood pressure, medical history, medications and mental status Complete documentation in medical software Restock and prepare the medial suites for examinations Preparing and administering medications, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections—including vaccinations/immunizations, as directed by a physician or other licensed provider Draw blood and take electrocardiograms What will you need as a Medical Assistant? 2 years of Medical Assistant or LPN experience required CMA Certification preferred eClinicalWorks is a plus Must pass background and drug screening
