Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times. Process patient check-ins and check-outs. Uphold a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
