We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Medical Assistant to support our providers and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures Obtain and record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Provide patient education and support under the direction of clinical staff Maintain accurate patient records using [EMR – Athena] Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, OB/GYN experience required Proficiency with EMR systems (Athena experience ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Knowledge of medical terminology and OB/GYN procedures Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
