Medical Assistant Pain Medicine Group 1255 City View Center, Oviedo, FL 32765 Busy physician group is looking for a Part-time to Full-Time Medical Assistant Duties include but not limited to:
Medical Assisting:
Follow all clinical policies and procedures and accreditation requirements including documentation of all patient information accurately into EHR. Complete intake interview for new and returning patients. Prepare patients for medical exams consistent with reason for visit. Perform related duties necessary to ensure quality patient care as requested by provider. Process all tasks, route task appropriately in a timely manner. Perform screening tests; safely and accurately draw blood; complete standing orders. Clean and stock exam rooms Work collaboratively with all employees Must adhere to all HIPAA, Department of Health and Office Based Surgery guidelines and regulations. Complete all duties assigned timely and accurately. IV experience preferred but not required Working with EMR Flowing/Rooming Patients Vitals Working one on one with physicians and patients Check-in and out Answering phones Preparing charts Individual must be detailed oriented, a self motivator, must be able to multitask and be able to work independently.
