Manchester Urology Associates in Manchester, New Hampshire is hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) of LNA to work in a multidisciplinary environment which will require exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative staffs. Manchester Urology specializes in diseases and complications related to the urinary tract, which includes the kidneys, urethra and bladder Responsibilities Under the direct supervising of Physicians performs a variety of clinical support duties Interviews patient and documents all required information into EPIC •EHR Assists physician with exams and office procedures. Processes clinical specimens and completes documentation and reporting Strong human relation skills to interact effectively and collaborate with others in difficult situations are required Must be able to work stressful situations and deal with human discomfort, because urinary issues can be accompanied by significant pain Ability to effectively handle challenging situations Ability to function in high volume patient flow Ability to balance multiple priorities Knowledge of Epic preferred but not required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent

MUST HAVE PRIOR HOSPITAL OR CLINICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE – IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY A

minimum of one-year prior License Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant experience required – This position will be working as a Medical Assistant under the direct supervision of a Physician. Prior knowledge of Epic preferred but not required
