Medical Assistant Plasm Donation Center 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Fort Pierce, FL 34947 Job Summary The Donation Attendant plays a crucial role in supporting our mission by assisting with the collection and processing of donations. This position requires a compassionate individual who can interact positively with donors and ensure that all donations are handled with care. The Donation Attendant will work closely with team members to maintain a welcoming environment and uphold the organization’s standards. Responsibilities Greet donors warmly and thank them for their contributions. Assist in unloading, sorting, and organizing donated items. Ensure that all donations are processed efficiently and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the donation area. Provide information to donors about the organization’s mission and programs. Handle any inquiries or concerns from donors in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to improve donation processes and enhance donor experience. Skills Knowledge of medical terminology to assist in understanding donor needs. Familiarity with urgent care practices and internal medicine principles is beneficial. Strong patient service skills to ensure a positive interaction with donors. Ability to provide medical administrative support when necessary. Understanding of physiology knowledge related to health-related donations.
