Summary of Responsibilities :
The Clinical Education Coordinator supports clinical training by assisting with instruction on ophthalmic skills (following JCAHPO standards), mentoring new technicians through shadowing and feedback, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires proficiency in refraction (particularly with the Jackson Cross Cylinder), competency in core clinical skills like Goldmann tonometry, and effective utilization of (EMA) systems.
