• $19 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification ICD coding Phone triage Certified Medical Assistant Entry level Full Job Description Duties include but are not limited to:
• Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital signs to access condition of patient
• Document reason for visit
• Draw patient blood as necessary
• Prepare equipment and aid physician during treatment and examination of patient
• Explain procedure and treatment to patient to gain cooperation and allay apprehension
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nurse techniques
• Observe patient, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify Back Office Coordinator or physician of patient’s condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents
• Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, equipment and supplies for day-to-day operations and document
• Contact patients via phone triage regarding medical concerns and possible prescription call-in
• Any other duties and or special projects as assigned
