Duties include but are not limited to: Travel to patients’ locations within a 50-mile radius of home address to provide quality patient care Conduct Point-of-Care (POC) testing Take and record patient vitals Perform blood draws and IV infusions (If needed) Conduct General exams with Telehealth mid-level practitioners Input patient data and test results into the electronic medical record system Licenses/Certification (Required): Georgia MA License (clear and active) Phlebotomy Certification ASCP Certification BLS Certification Laboratory experience: 1 to 3 years Medical experience: 1 to 3 years (preferred) Quest Diagnostics experience (preferred) EMR system experience (preferred) Must pass a background check Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, professional environment. Candidates must be reliable, self-starters, and able to work independently and in team settings.
