Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment availability Obtain patient histories and vital signs accurately Administer basic life support as needed and assist with emergency situations Document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Skills Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to various specialties Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient care environments Ability to work effectively within internal medicine, dermatology, and emergency medicine settings Knowledge of basic life support techniques and protocols Experience with healthcare systems for documentation and scheduling purposes Join our team as a Medical Assistant where you can make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while advancing your career in the healthcare field.
