Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. AmericanHeart Association BLS. Medical Assistant certificate or diploma,military documentation from an approved program or have current EMTcertification, CNA certification, PCT or proof of active enrollmentin an approved school of nursing.
Job Summary:
Participates in the clinical aspect of the patientcare with all members of the health care team and law enforcement.
Performs duties under the supervision of a Paramedic, LPN, RN,HSA/HSC, Midlevel Provider and / or Physician in accordance withthe rules and regulations of the state of employment. Possessesknowledge and ability to provide care to the Inmate population aswell as respond to needs within the correctional environment.
