Clarion Street, Cumming, GA 30040 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals by performing clinical tasks, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Drawing blood, preparing specimens, and labeling samples (phlebotomy). Assist with patient intake and documentation of medical history. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Administer basic life support as needed. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare staff. Support inpatient care by collaborating with nursing staff and physicians. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic or urgent care environment. Experience Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
