Certified Medical Assistant Pivotal Pain Solutions 3155 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005 We are a cutting-edge regenerative medicine clinic specializing in cellular and biologic therapies for chronic joint, spine, and nerve conditions. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant (MA) with expertise in venipuncture to support our team in delivering advanced IV, blood draw, and regenerative treatments with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert-level venipuncture for blood draws, IV starts, and infusion preparation Prepare and assist with IV vitamin therapy , PRP , and other biologic infusions Maintain sterility and compliance standards during all procedures Accurately document all patient encounters, procedures, and sample handling Assist in setting up and breaking down procedure rooms, ensuring equipment is sanitized and restocked Provide patient education and support related to infusions, hydration, and post-treatment care Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care Monitor inventory of IV supplies, biologics, and venipuncture tools and report shortages Follow HIPAA and OSHA protocols in all tasks Join our team and contribute to making a difference in the lives of our patients!
