Some Duties Include:

Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Administer Immunizations Lab procedures: strep test, flu test, urinalysis Obtain patient history Assist with medication refills Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including coding and documentation Phone triage

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting, pediatrics experience a plus. Familiarity with coding and documentation practices in a healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care Please note that the above duties and experience requirements are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
