We provide family medicine services for the internal health and aesthetic services for the external beauty of our patients. We are looking for a medical assistant with the following qualities. Checking patients in/out Document insurance and demographic information in chart Verification of insurances and benefits Checks voicemails throughout the day Insurance and account balance verification collection Payment processing of co-pays, balances, payment plans, cash-pay services, supplements, memberships, and posting payments. Interacts professionally with patients and provides a welcoming environment Politely handles a high volume of calls and assigns messages to providers accordingly SchedulE patient appointments and following up on no-shows Coordinate medical record requests and prior authorizations for Nexclin Medicine patients Medication Prior Authorizations Support Back Office with patient triage as needed

• HIPPA and OSHA-compliant Professional attire and attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibits superior customer service and maintains a quality standard consistent with the goals of Nexclin Medicine Proven problem-solving skills Confidence in collecting payments Must have a basic understanding of medical terminology and medical billing Knowledge of insurance verification process Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must communicate professionally at all times with patients and providers Dependable, punctual, organized, and flexible 2 years of experience working in the front office in a medical practice Requirements Previous experience working in a medical office environment. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Knowledge of insurances Able to Multi- task Able handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
