A Primary Care Clinic in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a certified Medical Assistant to perform front and back-office duties and manage a patient load of 20-30 (2 years old +) individuals daily in a primary care setting. Responsibilities include conducting annual hearing tests for employees, handling emergencies such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, blood draws, panic attacks, heat exhaustion, and performing flu, COVID-19, and strep tests, as well as A1C checks. The Medical Assistant will also be responsible for documenting patient information in EPIC. Additionally, the candidate will be cross-trained to assist with front desk duties.
