Medical Assistant Hope Fertility Lawrenceville, GA 30044 Hope Fertility is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team in the Metro-Atlanta Area. Hope Fertility is a boutique private practice located in the Northeast suburbs of Atlanta. With a combined 15-year experience, the team at Hope Fertility is dedicated to expanding families by providing affordable, compassionate, personalized care. We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, meticulous, and an open-minded individual. This position requires the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and work with a variety of patients. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Telephone triage patient calls regarding medications, treatment plans, and test results. Maintain patient charting in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Responsible for accurate and timely communication of physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients. Transcribe and transmit prescriptions per physician’s instruction and process prior-authorizations as needed Pre- and post-op care of patients having procedures (i.e. egg retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy). Communicate with all staff, clinical and administrative, in order to provide highest level of quality patient care. Phlebotomy experience Experience in Women’s Health and Infertility is preferred but not required Related duties as assigned.
