Primary Assignment Duties:

Plastic and or general surgery ; 8 week assignment, 40HRs a week, FT assignment; limited RTO will be approved; Resume must be up to date. Any gaps in employment must be documented on resume. Resume must date back a minimum of 7 years If there are any certifications listed on resume, there are clear copies of certs on file Each Employment entry has the position title, specialty department, facility name, and city/state listed Include whether the candidate worked as Fulltime/part time employee including the hours worked. Resume has EMR experience documented Resume has the month, and year of graduation from school listed •If you are listing multiple departments in one job entry, include the # of hours worked in each department •If you are listing multiple facilities worked during the same time period, include the number of hours worked at each facility.
