Our optometry clinic is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. What You’ll Be DoingManagement & Administrative Duties (50%) Assist with the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows for staff and patients. Supervise and support team members to deliver excellent patient care. Maintain clinic schedules, coordinate staff coverage, and manage inventory of supplies. Provide valuable input on processes and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency. Handle patient concerns or inquiries with care and professionalism. Technician Duties (50%) Support doctors by performing pre-tests, collecting patient medical histories, and conducting diagnostic imaging as needed. Educate patients on care instructions, eyewear fittings, or procedures. Maintain and sanitize exam rooms and equipment to uphold clinical standards. Assist with optical sales, lens measurements, and repairs when needed. Why Join Us?
