Support outpatient services by preparing patients for examinations and assisting during procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Demonstrate basic life support techniques when necessary. Understand coding processes for medical billing and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Apply knowledge of physiology to assist in patient care. Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in vital signs measurement and basic life support certification is required. Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach towards patients.
