We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. This position does not involve administering injections but focuses on scheduling appointments and taking patient vitals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, etc.)
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health system
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
• Follow clinic policies and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
