Our Medical Assistant works directly with healthcare staff, assists with patient visits, and maintains patient records in our Electronic Medical Records system.

Medical Assistant Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience working in a healthcare practice or hospital
Home Health experience preferred but not required
Must be dependable
High level of professionalism
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a busy paced environment a MUST.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Medical Assistant Job Duties:

Work directly with healthcare staff
Maintain records in EMR system
Travel to patients homes within a 40-50 mile radius
Utilize company provided equipment to record vitals and list medications
Schedule telehealth visits for patients on both personal patient devices as well as company provided equipment
