Knowledge of medical or scientific terminology preferred HIPAA and privacy guidelines followed at all times

Responsibilities:

Clean and sterilize exam rooms and instruments Maintain stocked rooms Prepare exam rooms for visits and procedures Inform patients of opportunities and/or expectations regarding the charges for their visit Accurate and thorough documentation of patient triage, exam, and visit Assist provider during visit Adequately perform for both medical and aesthetic visit types Complete needs for referrals, results, lab orders, surgical specimen, prescriptions, etc. All other clinical and clerical duties needed to assist in office flow Engage with patients to develop comfortable relationships Provide post visit details and resources; be able to answer questions Effective picture taking and photo management Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure a positive patient experience Keep a tidy and organized workflow and workspace Assist with any other needs, as necessary, for providing excellent patient care Salary $16 – $18 per hour
