Audiology Assistant Hampshire Hearing and Speech Northampton, MA 01060 Job Summary Hampshire Hearing and Speech is seeking an upbeat, motivated, and patient-focused Audiology Assistant to join our dedicated team. We would consider hiring a medical technician or Speech Language Assistant to train for this role. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established practice known for delivering exceptional hearing care with honesty and compassion. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hearing healthcare and the ability to support both clinical and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support licensed Audiologists with daily tasks Clean and troubleshoot hearing aids Assist with patient counseling and hearing aid fittings/deliveries Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow Perform general office administration and front desk duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred Experience in patient care or a front desk/reception role is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills If you’re passionate about helping people hear better and want to grow in a supportive clinical environment, we’d love to hear from you!
